Dean's and Jean's Microgreens is Bennington Vermont's first indoor vertical farm which specializes in LIVING microgreens. Our non-GMO greens are unique because they are delivered  LIVING and UNCUT. This allows clients to harvest living greens and herbs as needed, eliminating all waste and preserving robust flavor and nutritional value. Our plants are grown using pure filtered Green Mountain water with no fertilizers and no pesticides. We grow organically  in reusable 100% Food-Safe trays and recyclable containers. We grow in square feet, not acres, using energy efficient LEDs with a fully climate controlled environment to produce the freshest microgreens because they are harvested
